No-return business model
Once it's sold, it stays on your floor.
A client buys a miner and accepts hosting rates that run while their prepaid balance covers the daily cost. If the balance reaches the minimum or zero, the platform pauses the miner, accrues the declared storage fee where applicable, and can move the miner into the forced-auction lifecycle after the configured negative-balance window.
- Sell at retail margins to clients you'd never reach alone
- Long-term hosting revenue from every miner you sell
- Nonpayment follows a defined pause, storage, and recovery workflow
Two revenue streams
Retail mining, unlocked.
Until now, selling to retail clients meant marketing, sales, support, fraud, chargebacks. Open Mine handles all of that. You list inventory, we bring the buyers. New revenue stream from the miner sale itself, then ongoing hosting revenue billed daily from clients' prepaid balances. Nonpayment is handled through the platform lifecycle instead of private collection threads.
- 5% marketplace commission, nothing else
- Daily-billed hosting revenue settles monthly
- Wire / stablecoin / BTC OTC payout, your choice
Hassle-free
You run the hardware. We run everything else.
Open Mine handles the global client pool, the daily billing, the prepayment balances, the disputes, the public reporting. You install miners, ship power, and watch the dashboard.
- One integration: stratum router + worker registration
- Pricing policies you control (fixed, tiered, indexed)
- Audit-grade settlement statements on the 1st of every month
Battle-tested
Six years of operation, productized.
The hash rate management system + business model behind Open Mine has been running continuously at Cyberian Mine since 2020. We didn't invent hosted mining — we productized what already works at scale, and opened it to other providers.
- Built on proven infra, not a roadmap
- Stratum routing already running in production
- Provider playbook documented from day one
